On Sunday, I drove back to Reno with Monica and the girls to spend a few days with them. It was a fun drive back (especially because I wasn't driving)! We drove up into the mountains, and saw snow on the ground there. It was strange because we had just been at the beach the day before. BUT...what was stranger than that is that when we woke up on Tuesday morning, it was snowing like crazy! What weird weather we have in the west!
I stayed at Monica's house from Sunday until Thursday afternoon (August 16th). Her house is so-o-o-o beautiful and so big! (It's perfect for them and their dogs, Katy and Tahoe.) While I was there, Ariel stayed home on Monday, but Tatum stayed home Monday-Wednesday, and we stayed busy all the time. She has a 'Digital Art Studio' that hooks up to the computer, and we spent lots of time on that. We colored, played games, and I caught up on all of the kids TV shows I've missed so much! We filmed a movie with the girls in it. (Their names in the movie were Skip and Lucy! It was fun!) We celebrated Tatum's b-day early. We started off with yummy cake and then presents. After that we watched the movie, "Alvin and the Chipmunks." We're actually celebrating her birthday everyday while I'm here. Her 5th birthday is not until April 23rd, but since I'm gonna miss it, we're partying every day!!!

sound like fun! Love ya!
Its so great to play with grandkids isn't it. I'm glad you can get free flights now and see your family more than ever!
It reminds me of all the times I went to your house as a child and had great fun with you and Bob doing crafts, going to the zoo, playing Kismet, etc. Good times!!! You know how to party, Ree!!!
